System, DS and Other Surgical and Non-Surgical Weight Loss Options. too as you have a health tracker and you can input all your pre op measurements and keep track of your progress with graphs I thought it was a good idea !

Well done on the pre op I haven't weighed myself but I feel like I have lost some weight already fingers crossed
