Hey Robbie, how are you doing? I'm OK. I think I'm getting nervous about the surgery. Before it was kinda a dream, but NOW with me getting ready to start my pre-op diet on Monday. I think it's finally sinking in. This is for REAL. LIFE CHANGING!! FOREVER. YIKES!!!

Don't get me wrong. I'm ready, but a little scared,excited and a whole gambit of emotions:confused1::scared0:. That's to be expected. I realize this. Thank goodness for my family, friends and of course people like you. You guys here on this site have made my life a lot better with helping me to understand what to expect pre and post op. I love reading the threads, blogs and viewing the pics.

I like Dr. Hoehn. He's seems like such a caring and confident surgeon. I have a question for you about Dr. H. Why.. if you don't mind me asking did you pick him? With you being self paid I would imagine you could have chosen any surgeon.
