You have done well. I think low carb will be better for me. -
When i get on solid foods should I contiune to do lo carb until i reach my goal and then gradually add whole grain to my diet. No more than 40 carbs a day though.

smoothie King has an awesome gladiator Protein shake. I can add Peanut Butter which is 6 grams of carbs per serving. IS THIS OK???? I MEAN IS IT OK TO ADD THE PB??? I'M ON THE FULL liquid PHASE. -

My dream is finally coming true thanks to BeLiteWeight. My surgery is scheduled in July. I tried with BlueCross No Choice excuse me... Bluecross BlueShield and it didn't work!! If you want more info about them please inbox me!! FYI... Everyone please do your own research about doctors and don't let others influence your decision. Wow!! Thanks everyone for your support. I thank God for this forum:) Just thought that I would inform you guys that I pushed my date back to January. I didn't want to do it so close to the holidays Also, were going to California on a train 2 weeks after Thanksgiving. Thanks again everyone!!!
