today was my 100 pound mark and tommorrow is my 5 month aniversary and my birthday best one yet now less then half way to go. thanks for all the support and postings that helped me keep going.:smile:

wow you look amazing iam just going to hit my 5 month mark and lost 100lbs cant wait till i lose the rest maybe i will put pictures up some day lol.keep up the great work everyone.

Hi Shutterbug I know its just seems to being going so fast the days and actually the weight is going pretty good to. Glad to hear you are doing good. I've been doing pretty good had a stall for a couple weeks but I think its moving now. I still can't eat very much and still have probolems with keeping it down some days but other than that no to bad. good luck and keep up the good work.

Your doing great, but everyone is right you have to drink a lot of water and get your protein in. I notice when I dont eat and drink my water I dont lose weight. But also keep track of your measurements cause if your not losing wieght your losing inches. Keep up the good work. I just started water aroebics hoping that will help me a lot. -
Hi Chandra sorry I havent been on in while been busy with my grandma shes not doing to good. Hope your doing great. I was at a stand still for a couple weeks but just hit 70lbs and joined water areobic class so hopefully that will help. I still dont eat that much order junior size or kid and cant even eat half of it. So I try and keep up with my protien drinks and vitimans the best I can do. talk at you later hope your doing great.

I had headaches the first couple weeks the nurse said probally wasnt getting enough protein and fluids. I did have a hard time trying to get my proteins and fluids down. I also was diabetic and had high bp but no more. Just keep trying to hydrate your self and get your protein shakes in it does help. Good luck. -
Was wondering if anyone else has experienced nausea and throwing up. Im offically 1 month post op and still get sick about once aday. Im not that hungry so I have to make myself eat sometimes. Every time I try something different makes me sick especially eggs how ever there are cooked and they used to be my favorite. Would apprieciate any feedback.

Im on nexium but was told to stay on for at least 1 year. I would call and ask your doctor. They started me right in the hospital.
