Ah! As we speak I'm making some blended chicken soup!:cursing: haha!
Yeah, soup goes down well!:lol0:
No, I seroiusly have too much muscle, well, not too much, but for a girl I have al lot of natural muscle, even before when I was thin(ner). My sports massage guy always says I should go into body building :scared0: but I'd rather ride :wink0:
Thanks everyone! So cereal will be like a treat every now and then, if, yes, I can go back to milk products.
So far anything milky is just not wanting to settle well, it hurts! And I love yoghurt! But now even if I look at it... it makes me sick.
How else to get protien? I'm 10 days out today.
No, we dont have lots of the stuff (supplementes and so) that you all have. The Dutch are not really "into" that kind of thing. Also here they cant sell as much over the counter as in the States.
I do have to say, I have an (over) abundance of muscle, so losing some, would not be a problem :lol0:
Last night I had some musshie potatoe and later on soms yogurt again. After 4 "bites" I had to put it away, couldnt even look at it anymore without wanting to belch it up. :cursing:
Ok, here's what I am eating these days. 9 days post.
100 grams appelsaus
2 x a day "cup-a-soup: (do you have that? A powder you add hot Water too, no noddles)
1 popcycle or 100 grams (+/-) yougurt.
As for drinks, I drink hot tea without sugar, water, water, water.
I TRY to get more yougurt and stuff in, but anything "milky" will hit my stomach like a brick! It hurts!
Thanks everyone!!
I feel so welcome already!
How cool how so many of us love and have animals!
@Norma, goodluck waiting and hope everything will go well on your operation!
How cool Ky-Hen! I had a chicken hen brood out 5 Guinney eggs this year and the are the funniest birds! I just love them!
Thanks Chancie! Oh, so I'm not the only one who talks to the dogs as if I am their mother? :001_wub: Thank God!
Hey Thanks you two! Great, I feel welcome already!
I just went for my evening walk Doc said to walk as excersize , so in the mornings I go with the dogs, in the evenings with one of the horses. As I cant ride yet (Doc said 6 weeks) at least I feel like I am doing something with them :001_wub:
