Noodles is my favourite food.I can't live without it.Every day I used to prepare different types of noodles.its great in taste.It is light diet also.

I always prefer light diet.Light diet makes me feel active.If I will eat beyond my limit I will uncomfortable and have pain in my abdomen.so I will prefer every body to have light diet.

It was nice to know yours favourite food.But i generally prefer green vegetable and eggs.I like eggs because it contains proteins and leafy vegetables to have more vitamins.

I think you have some gastric problem.If you are not feeling to eat or after eating you are having pain ,I think you should get a thorough check of your stomach.
