I am out 4 weeks yesterday and I have been in a stall for around a week. I knew this would happen because everyone on the boards said it would, so I was kinda expecting it. But one good thing is that I can eat more proteins like sliced ham, a small hamburger patty moist, beef Jerkey, 1 small chicken finger, and tuna. I am still getting in my 2 mile walk everyday, and I have just started to play tennis again. I am hoping for the lbs to drop on the scale soon.
