Thankyou all so much, it's good to hear that I am not alone in the way I feel
I have porridge in the morning and that doesn't seem to sit as bad as the more solid mushies or the solid food so perhaps there is something in the warm liquid theory, will try this a little more.
I've got a small baby food bowl that only just hold 1/2 a cup if it's filled to the brim and I eat with a teaspoon all in the aim not to eat too much in a mouthful or too fast.
I see my surgeon on Thursday so will try all suggestions atill then and see what he says as well.
It's just one big learning experience aint it!!
Overall I still have no regrets and I can see this is going to be great, I don't feel hungry, except if I haven't drunk enough, so just have to get through this nasty bit.
