My surgery date was July 29, 2009. I have lost 30 pounds and have noticed my energy level increase!! I love going outside to play with my daughter instead of always being indoors. This past weekend I went to a movie with my husband since the surgery and was able to put the arm rest in between us down without it hitting my thigh/hip area...it was a great feeling having all this space left in the seat. I know it's weird the things that you notice!! I'm loving my new lifestyle!! I'm very happy with my progress and excited to keep it going!!
