My surgery was October of 2008. Everyone loses weight differently. The funny thing is I had lost 150 lbs in a year and a half and was in a size 8, then got pregnant. Which was a shock, because my tubes were supposed to be tied, and we thought we were done. Needless to saythe hardest part was having to gain weight again. My little one is 18 months now, so I am ready to lose again. Thanks for all the posts.

yesterday I went to the store and I wear a size 12. I'm down 119 lbs. I was so excited going from 24 to 12. My daughter laughed at me cuz I was so excited. Just thought I would share.:biggrin0:

I use the chocolate. The unflavored is a little gritty

I havent found it hard to work on the weight loss. The doctor told me that I should get about 1000-1200 calories a day, but Im lucky if I get 800-900. I dont really have any foods that I like in particular. I just try to get my protein in. I can never do it with just food so in the morning I have a sugarfree carnation instant breakfast with unjury mixed in.

I have to say like this site. I am down 117 lbs. I have 23 lbs. to go to hit my goal. Its nice to talk to people on here with the same surgery. I always get questions. Marci:wink1:

I had the sleeve on Oct. 29, 2008. I am down 117 lbs. Still losing. I am glad I had the surgery I feel so much better. Everyone always makes comments and says I look and act like a different person. Its nice to hear it. Marci:biggrin0:
