    I am 48. Date started Optifast before surgery was 29/4/09 and I weighed 145kg or 319lbs approx. Sleeved 11/5/09 141kg or 310lbs. Todays date 2/6/09 128.5kg approx 283lbs. Have lost 16.5kg or 36lbs. Please note I'm from Australia and our dates read. DDMMYY
