Letting go: Does not mean forgetting. Always keeping in the back of my mind how I got to the lowest point in my life. Staying true to my Sleever life! I'm at goal but that does not mean I can do whatever I want. I have to tredge on and work even harder to STAY HERE!!! Today's food log will look like yesterday's twin. I feel good!
