It is a very serious and traumatic realization. During the actual weight loss phase it's easy to over look the real issues on why we became obese. The weight loss takes the center stage and we are feeling on top of the world and in control. But once all that stops and we lose that part of our lives and the control that goes along with it, we are left with the same broken spirit and emotions that got us fat in the first place.
