Wow I must really been sick! I was only able to do 15 minutes at Aerobic level on my stationary bike this morning. I had to stop as I began to feel a little yucky.. but otherwise it was nice to be able to do a little something. Every day will get better so long as I remain patient and not push it too much. My goal for today: Push fluids!!
