I am making a public announcement that I will no longer respond to threads or topics where someone is complaining that they have not lost any weight in 3 days or even 2 weeks for that matter. The weight isn't going to come off overnight. Period! We didn't get obese overnight either, why would we think we'd be at goal that way? /Rant Over/
