Woww!!! o.o With watching Shaun T on Dr. Oz yesterday it got me to thinking... how much fat am I consuming. I knew something was off for awhile and I was feeling it had something to do with my cravings getting bad as the day wore on... well my FAT content has been TOO LOW!! It didn't even dawn on me. LOL Who'd have thought... I'll start adding in more fats during my meals and see how that plays into everything. :-)
