I was released yesterday to do some light exercise now. Oh yeah!!! I'm getting on my stationary bike this morning. Very slight of course, no resistance - just want to get my legs a'movin again. SOOO HAPPPYYYYY!!!!! Oh yeah, and the pain is nearly all gone and my bruises are finally fading. YAY!
