Ohh Yummm!! Delish Unjury Chicken Soup after a nice half hour set on my elliptical. Light workout this morning but I'm feeling so awesome since I'm getting those nasty carbs out of my system. I may never go back. Anyway, I decided I'm getting my body fat % checked on Friday. I'm interested to know how much I have now and what I'll be after my lipo in a few months.
