I just want to clear this up... I had a cupcake last night. I do not feel guilty about it what so ever. It made me physically sick. I am NOT worried I will gain my weight back from them nor do I have diabetes... not even close. My blood sugar was low 70's on my last check up. In fact all my panels were excellent except for my iron. I am simply trying to slow down the losing based on a picture taken of me yesterday. I'm done folks!!! This isn't as easy as it sounds...
