In all of my excitement yesterday I forgot to tell you all that I got my panel results yesterday too. All my levels were excellent even my B-12's and D-3!! Taking my supplements daily has really helped with this I'm sure, so I'll stay diligent with that. The only one that came out borderline low was my Iron (of course) even though I take that daily too. I might bump it up a little bit...
