Ok folks, I was sooo bad yesterday... :-( I ate so much junk and now I feel sick - blech!! I'm going to really kick this up a notch, because I know better!!! I'm going to do a super strict super low carb diet for the next 30 days. Anyone on board? I'm talking pretty much just meat, veggies and dairies. It's going to be tough but I've noticed I've slipped up too much in the last month or so. I'll be good...
