9 lbs GONE FOREVER in 2 Weeks y'all!!! :-) I was feeling so sluggish yesterday and had baaaad cravings for sugar. More than I had in a very long time. Then I realized I ran out of my Dry Vit D, 5,000 IU over the weekend. I have some on order, but I think I'm going to run over to Rite Aid for my morning break... need it!!!
