A good day indeed. My eating was spot on! I did my elliptical for 17 Minutes... which ok maybe isn't the greatest but heck, I haven't been on it since surgery and I did go up to 5 resistance too. I did 2.25 miles walk at lunch hour and I'm getting ready to do my calisthenics too. Getting my workout mojo back TO-DAY!!!! :-D
