Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Lady!! I've been off this site for so long I feel like a newbie!! HA! How are you doing?? You look great! I'm down 77 pounds and now I have reflux and such tight restriction that I eat by the clock..doc said I've gone way above his expectations and I'm in a 16 jean and xl shirt (some l depends on cut). I have had a few health issues from the band and it has depressed me enough to just FIA!! But I haven't given up!! Just wanted to touch base with you!! Have a good day my dear!!
