I've been up and down in weight my entire life. The last time I was considered a normal weight was when I graduated from High School. I'm only halfway there but I won't give up! I've managed to keep most of the weight I've lost off for two years now. That in itself is an accomplishment and a testament to the Band. :confused:

Hi china! It’s so nice to see you. J Yes, get back on track girlie. Just a quickie post today. I’ve kinda gone another route than the simply filling plan. I’ve found that I’m really able to eat too much so I’ve been working on shrinking my pouch. I’m doing all liquids during the day and a small sensible dinner at night. A snack is always a part of that package! It really helps to keep me from straying too much. I can tell you all of my snacks have been healthy and a part of the WW plan, like 94%FF popcorn or those tasty little WW frozen desserts. Those are so blasted good! Okay I found a picture of me at my heaviest. I hated taking pictures back then. Ezma you’re doing so wonderful! Don’t discount it with it only being water. Even if some of it was, it’s still extra weight your body was holding on to. So, that is still great. J I’m just still doing my thing. I worked out for an hour yesterday and stuck with my liquids during the day. I did better yesterday than I’d had when I first started this whole crazy thing. I think I’ll just keep sticking to this until it stops working or I just get plain sick of shakes! LOL Not likely. I do like them and sometimes will have a Slim Fast just because I like the taste so much.. LOL I’m posting a picture of me when I was at my heaviest. I did find one and I just can’t get over this actually WAS me. I’m a little bit embarrassed of this picture, but really – in a way it’s kinda provoking me to try even harder. Maybe I should make a thousand copies and post them all around my house as “my little reminder”… haha!!

Okay here is the picture. This is me at 330 Lbs. My current is in my signature line. Ugh!!! Haha! I just have to laugh to. I'm dressed in a freakin blanket. As if that's really going to disguise the truth.
