Yest burn including 1622 BMR was 2960. Intake was 1,110 for a total of -1850...keeping it moving!!

Thanks for the kind comment I have a hard time with my weight and how I look. I still want to lose about 30ish pounds but don't want to get too skinny... we shall see! You're doing excellent as well, size 18 that's great!!

Yeah... gonna do 30 on the elliptical and 30 minute upper body calisthenics right now. Then I can settle in until 3am. :-D

Really, you should set up a schedule that works for you! If that means taking weekends off, then yes do that. I workout 6 days per week, taking Mondays off. I hate Mondays and like to sleep a little longer, so it works for me. Good luck! PS Walmart has really great prices on Danskin workout clothes.

You don't have to wait for a whole week either, if you notice that 20 minutes at a good heart rate pace is not enough then do it for longer. Good luck!

Hi Stacy I always advise new people who are just starting out on workouts to begin with walking/treadmill. Start at a pace where you notice you are breathing labored (not choking! LOL) and start with 20 minutes. To build up your endurance bump up your speed and time on a weekly basis. Once you can get up to 30-45 minutes at around 4 MPH I'd say your ready to start doing more.
