300 pounds later....am I living a dream or is this in fact reality?
LilMissDiva Irene replied to Jim1967's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
@@Jim1967 I've never had the pleasure of reading your story. Congrats so very much!! You did what you came here to do. God bless your darling Wife too... I do understand her frustration and keeping to ourselves and just providing support and love. You're definitely inspiring many more than just 1 person out there! -

@@TonyaNKy Yes this is via PC only - I don't do much activity on my phone. I am not sure how to upload pictures via phone unfortunately I cannot explain that. -
Here is an example of the love infinity: Cleopatra Snake Charm: And when I hit my major goal I am going to have this one done: Oh and the peacock tattoo but I will want it to be more colorful: I'm also going to get one around my ankle someday too, just not sure what I want yet.

@@Sboulie The wrist is a bit sensitive, it stings. It also swells up pretty good too. It was a cover up from an older one that I never really liked, but this one I love!! My tattoo was a bit over 2 hours yesterday, the wrist did hurt but the more up my arm he went it hurt less. I think my restless legs were bothering me more than anything! Haha I have a few more future plans - I am going to get a "Love Infinity", I am going to get a huge peacock along my left side going around my thigh and hip (after my total body lift of course) and I'm going to get a Cleopatra arm snake on my upper left arm after my arm lift. Looking forward to all the fun and pain.

Nice! They hurt but they're worth it. I've been in a lot more pain anyway - so these are easy peasy.

why endoscopy, colonoscopy?
LilMissDiva Irene replied to itsmekarenlee's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I did have to do an upper GI (barium swallow) and an upper endoscopy. Mostly to check to see if I have any kind of hiatal hernia. They did see they my stomach was misshaped, so honestly I'm very glad they did these tests pre-op. I don't have to do a colonoscopy, but perhaps people who do have the have one might be precautions due to age or other factors such as family history? I know any kind of pre operative questionnaires ask hundreds of questions and if anything seems even possibly questionable the surgeon in your best interest will decide to run tests. Good luck to you! -

@@enjoythetime that's so sweet to say, thank you. @everyone! I do have a trip planned as well. I am going to make a trip down to LA with the hubby. We are going to hit Disneyland which I haven't been to in about 25 years, and I'm going to make a consultation with Dr. Katzen for my skin surgeries.
