Labor Day - WHAT WILL YOU WEIGH???

So, I'm placing a claim right here and now that I have made my Labor Day Goal. The Dr.s office yesterday weighed me in at 175 Lbs. exactly, right before my surgery. Which my Labor Day Goal was 179 Lbs. I'm not changing my tickers though either way.... However, today I weighed in at 186.4 Lbs... I'm sure from IV's and 4 Lbs of boobs. Those 4 Lbs are danged worth it tho, and don't regret a single oz. Either way I couldn't be happier than I am right now... until maybe once the rest of my surgeries are completed. YAYYYY!!!!
  4. Ok I think I have to change my answer. I just gained 7.5 Lbs in a matter of 3 hours... haha!!!

My Plastics Journey - My first one (of several)

Hey there, thanks!! I luuuuv em!!! Heehee I can't wait to see how much slimmer my waist will look after the lipo too. I'll be all finis after all that! I just got implants, 550cc each, silicone. He placed them on top of the muscle. He said a lift was not necessary, just needed to plump them back up, and that's exactly what he did!! LOL I went to Dr. Shahriar Boubarakh, FACS in Folsom, CA. He's one of the best in Sacramento area and I know someone personally who used his services too. Total slam dunk! He did tell me my right side is slightly larger than my left and thought about doing a 570cc on my left breast, but decided against it. To be honest I never even noticed they were lopsided, so no biggie to me. I think them being a little asymmetrical is quite natural anyway, as long as its not a whole big noticeable difference. Awww coops, thanks so much!! I'm so happy... VERY HAPPY!!!

My Plastics Journey - My first one (of several)

So, yesterday was the big day. I got there at 11:30 am (and can I say I'm lovin my sleeve because I KNOW I would've been starving to death by then.. LOL) and prep time, plus some Planet Earth DVD's passed the time pretty quickly. My surgery started around 1:15 PM. It went super fast as always!! However, I found out by my Anesthesiologist that I have a heart murrmurr. You know, I've been told that one other time over a decade ago. Funny thing I thought it was a fluke because I'd never been told that before ever and didn't again so I'd forgotten about it. Better to put that on record I guess with my PcP next time I see her. Anyhow, everything went FANTASTIC!!! I absolutely without a doubt LOVE MY NEW BOOBIES!!! OMG, I can't tell you... I'm so glad I did this!!! My pain has been tolerable. Doc gave me Vicadin and an excellent muscle relaxer that are working wonderful together. Right now I'm just resting and my Post Opt Appt is this upcoming Thursday at 9 am. I gained 7 Lbs from my surgery... crazy stuff. Got me back up to 186.4... but you know what's so funny is the Docs office weighed me in at 175 before all the IV's and surgery. LOL!! I think each implant weighs about 2 lbs each.. so now I'm hopeful that my Lipo's will take off that AND SOME!!! Next stop will my my Lipo's!!!! Bye-bye fat thighs!!! Hello itty bitty waist!!! (Photos Removed - if you are interested in seeing them they are in my "friends only" gallery photo album)
  10. Hi Ceci, thanks so much for the compliment!!! I'm 5'7 - so about 2 inches shorter than you. I just want to say that I know my workout routines along with being a Pear Shape has a lot to do with my outcome. Good luck to you!!!!
  11. Hey lady!!! Thanks for checkin in on me. :-) Actually everything went fantastic, and this is by the far easiest surgery I've ever done. Even easier than my root canals - and those aren't so bad. They are DOUBLY PERFECT and I'm very glad I chose to go a bit bigger. They're like a full DD. Yayyy!!!! :-))

  13. Okay ladies and gentlemen, let's vote for a weekend date to all get together for a meet and greet. I think it's safe to say Vacaville is getting the most feedback, so that could be our meeting place. Exactly where we can figure out soon. Perhaps Foxbins might have some suggestions?

About to talk to my boss....

All the very best You don't have to say any more than you like. Only thing she needs to know is that you need medical time off. You don't even need to say you're having a procedure or anything. Supply your Doctors note and that's that.

    weight loss after surgery

I would never be considered a quick loser, but seeing as this is a LIFE LONG change, I'm totally ok with that. Try not to compare yourself to others, and DEFINITELY don't sell yourself short!! You CAN ALWAYS do so much more than you ever dreamed possible!!! I'm living proof of that. Celebrate your losses and be proud of your journey. Take photos of yourself, before an durings, keep measurements, keep logs of all your NSV's... these will brighten your day when the scale is being a poopy butt. Good luck!!!
  16. Eggs and bacon for breakky... mmmMMMmmm!!! It's the little things folks...

    Super Tired 3 weeks out

I was in the fatigued camp too. It's perfectly normal, not to worry. I was pretty much exhausted, and I mean really bad for the first two months. In time as I started progressing to solid foods and better choices (more balanced) and kept taking my supplements on a regular basis my energy levels increased. Now I'm a spitfire of energy!!!

Eroded lapband to sleeve surgery anyone?

Ok then, well I'm glad to know you found out about your erosion! Those are so dangerous and so good of Dr. A to stop the process and let you heal first. I don't know of anyone who had erosion and revised to sleeve or I would lead you there - sorry. Good luck in your research! I hope some will reply.
  20. Uhhhgghhhh!!! PMS craving just hit me today! Must... stay... strong!!! No Sugar... No Salt... No Sugar... No Salt... No Sugar... No Salt... No Sugar... No Salt... No Sugar... No Salt...

Eroded lapband to sleeve surgery anyone?

Hi Donnie, welcome I didn't have an eroded band but had an all in one revision. My surgery went through excellently and very few and minor complications, such as pain while eating, bad nausea, some vomiting. I think mine may hve been a little more extensive than usual because I was a revision. Are you getting a revision and have an eroded band? I'm wondering if they may remove the band first, let you heal then proceed with the sleeve.
