Is the reason that I am so hungry is because I'm only on liquids. If that procedure was not as painful I would have thought they did not nothing to me...but I know they did something because that procedure hurt like hell. Anyway for all you post op patients have you experienced this. I was never tight drinking. I find that I can actually gulp down liquids to an extent. It's not as tight as I thought. This coming Tuesday I start a more milk texture and then the week after that I can start solid food and I am so excited. Is this bad that I am not feeling tight and that I am hungry. Please I need some help

Have spoken with my surgeon about my methadone prescription and my immunity to narcotics. They will have to put me on a high dose of pain meds or I will feel pain....haven't used in six years but clearly I have to have pain meds as my dr feels the same way. He said he will tell my anasteshalogist that I need high doses then normal. Hope that works out..I, not nervous of surgey I enjoy it. Just don't wanna be in pain cause someone doesn't give me enough pain meds Anyone have this experience or hear of anything?

So excited but nervous about the pain. Any thoughts. I'll be up all night. I'm so hungry

In sorry. I hate to be harsh but I have a friend who had the sleeve in May. She has only lost 30 pounds. I would be pissed. It's gonna be like the band. I want the procedure that been around for years. Plus it's non reversible. So all the lap bands they are taking out. They sleeves will have to stay in. Yuk

Lol....my pre op diet was so sever with only 4 juice box shakes a day and 1 bar....there were 3 out of if the ten days I didn't even do the shakes. I just didn't eat and drank water..I think that's why I cracked with the mcdonalds run...today is the start of my all liquids...again. Not eating and drinking water.

That whole ten days for nothing....but I lost 13 lbs since then ....I'm not in any trouble in terms of making my liver to big prior to surgery which us on Tuesday. Any thoughts?,,,please

Hey guys...new here.?im having surgery on Tuesday ...October the eighth...start of a new life....excited but also nervous...anything must be better then this god awful pre operative diet to clear your liver. Dear lord I've been on it for 12 days. Tomorrow I start the broth and clear liquids...I feel like having fast food before it's too late. Lol..Help
