    I read the original post, the choices of food are not healthy, for example you can eat burger without the bun, no soda that means no sugar, sugar and processed carbs needs to be cut out of your diet, the first few weeks are go8ng to be difficult, but you'll get used too. Carbs are addictive like drugs, so you will go thru a withdraw and it will feel awful but after the second week you'll be fine. Also instead of going to the surgeon, go to a therapist, to find out why you eat, solve the emotional issue first, love yourself, be happy. Read the book "the power is within you" by Louise Hay.     New found attention!!!

    I previously had the lap band and I lost 90lbs, during that time my husband was acting the same way, later on he confessed to me that he was afraid of me leaving him, since I was going to get prettier than before. May be you need to have a conversation with him, to assured him you won't leave him or just shhhhhh, enjoy the attention and let him continue fighting his fight to keep you in his life.   3. I ended up eating a crab cake, I asked how was done and it was baked. So it was yummy, but then I tried one small spoon of my husband salad and since then I've been having this sharp pain every time I eat.   6. Yesterday was my first day of solid foods - I ended the day disgusted. Too full, too much food, so I am back to my puree for breakfast then for lunch and dinner I will do solids, I am tracking my protein intake and calories to play safe but definitely I will cut down in the amount of food, doctor said 4 to 5 oz if possible.     Air Fryers----

  9. I was studying th guide for my week 4 -solid food intro diet. Just to read, so much food, I am already disgusted. Breakfast 1.5 eggs with 1/2 toast Then between breakfast and lunch 8oz of water or crystal light 4 oz of protein 8 oz of milk Lunch 3 oz of Turkey roasted 1 oz of vegetables Then more liquids 12 oz of water or juice 4 oz of protein Dinner 3 oz of meat Vegetables And more liquid ...     Pureed food ideas

    Egg was so hard for me the first day I had a bad reaction, tachycardia and numbness on my left arm, I was so scare so, I tried again a after a week and it was better. I usually eat a cottage cheese in the morning. Chicken puree with pumpkin puree, all from scratch. But I bought baby food for those days that I can't cook, because I am busy. I bought beef, chicken and ham, just add a little salt and is edible. But I cook my meals most of the time, love to cook, I eat the same as I cook for my family, just modify to my diet. When they eat pasta I eat pumpkin puree or mash potatoes, or mash malanga or plantain. I haven't eat salad as of yet. How I cook the chicken?     Taking vitamins post sleeve

    I am taking most of my vitamin as gummies, but I am transition to barimelts, those gummies got me tired. I've already got the b12, iron and the calcium, by next month I will change the vitamin D and multivitamin. I use the crushers for the gall bladder med, I take it with Apple sauce unsweetened.
