I finished today with my nut lost 16 pounds im proud of myself!! yay! hvent lost anything in years!! and got my pulmonologist clearance wich it was my last thing left my question is what is next? All of my preop testings are done so i need to call my surgeons office for 2 nd consult can somebody tell me sort of what to expect?? I appreciate your input thanks! Karla

Yes im actually using the vanilla flavor theyare really good im preop still but ive been doing 3 shakes and 1 500 cal meal a day to reach the 20pounds i need to loose before surgery ohh! And the price can be beat! Best wishes for you

Im also positive ti sleep apnea and im dreading it! Its my last step with preop and my pulmonologist wont give clearance until i have a cpap at home now im freaking out that i stopped breathing at nite and when i didnt know i was fine i see my pulmo on the 1st ao well see hopefully it wont delay too much... Hi! Im preop and my nut has me trying to do a 3 shakes and 1 500 cal meal a day ti try to get used to it and i bought body fortress vanilla with skim milk really good i was suprised that i was going to like it but is good flavor i add fruit like berries rcery now and then to swtich it up and they kepp me full good luck! ohh!!. And walmart has it for a good price 16.99

Yeah.. Basicaly not all surgeons req same stuff but mines(startrd this in april) is seminar 2 support groups meeting upper gi test abdominal ultrasound pelvic ultraaound alooot of blood work (10 tubes!!) pulmonary and cardiology clearance sleep and stress test (not fun ) pap results from obgyn sych eval and 6 nutricionist visits uff!! I think im done lol! Now im waiting for my 2 nd visit with the surgeon see whats next hopefully submit to insurance! My best wishes to you and all of the newbies like me!

Yes! Im glad that this exists its amazing to relate to so much people in your shoes that knows what your going through share and compare experiences im almost in the same stages of the process as you are so well be on the losers bench sort of at the same time cant wait! Well be fabulous by next summer hopefully god first! Yay!

Hello losers! hope everyone is doing great! I just wanted to share something that happened to me at a retail store (kmart) i was going through the clothes section cause they had a summer clearance sale and i was browsing for bathing auit and summer dresses but i wasnt looking for anything in particular when this male employee touches my arm and says! Uhn.!! Excuse me ma'am uhh.. The clothes in your size are not here there are over there and points out at the plus sizes!! Agghh! I was so caught off guard i did t said anything back i just went away and left the store i was so embarrased and coming from a man it was just so ahh... Have no words people have no clue how they are hurting somebody! Just saying!....
