Hi everyone my name is Geri and I have been watching the posts on the 50 and older. Hope you don't mind if I join the group. My weight loss is slowing down and I need some encouragement. This seems to be the place.
I can't eat anything for breakfast so I have a protein shake made with instant breakfast and some extra protein.
L: 1 cup of lettuce with 1/2 cut cottage cheese
5 wheatable crackers (can't eat bread)
D: slimfast
Snack: 10 pretzels
