I had surgery on 10/02/13 and my dr told me today that I could start soft foods but to stay away from carbs. I'm just looking for of ideas what to eat other than eggs??!!

I'm new to the site, but tomorrow is Day 14 of the liquid diet & my surgery is Wed. Oct 2. I can't wait to have before & after pics!!!
