ive been having problems burping also ever since my band . ive taken gas-x and its helped a bit .

ugh i got banded sept 9th and im allowed to eat musshy things now but idk what to eat .... ive eating mashed pots for 2 days now and im getting pretty tired of em' please help someone !!!!! i would greatly apprecitate it <3
