I wish I was able to stay home that long! Yes i'm on full Liquid diet. It's suppose to be for 3 weeks. I go back to my doctor tomorrow for post-op appointment. -

Thank you! Today is my last day home, and tomorrow is my first day back and i'm starting back with a half day. I will see how I do with that. I'm hoping to feel stronger once I start back with my normal routine. Can't really stay home much longer, so home I do well! When did/are you returning to work? -

Hi. I am also a week post op. I have lost 14 pounds, and am not really hungry. My soreness has gone away. I am getting ready to go back to work tomorrow, but the only thing I am worried about, is I get very tired when I do to much. I am a teacher and work a long day (7:30-4:30) and I just don't know how i'm going to do. Wish me luck! [sharedmedia=trackers:tickers:4852] -
I'm 4 days post op and my gas pains are pretty much gone, still burping a lot. But def don't have that shoulder pain anymore!

I was banded on Monday. I'm doing fine on liquids for now, but I can see 3 weeks of them getting a bit boring. I'm just struggling with gas pains now.

Hello. I was wondering how long people had gas pains for? I have a terrible shoulder pain due to gas pain, I was wondering how much longer it might last? Thanks

Anyone have stomach grumbling? Is that normal?

I had surgery on Monday. The pain comes and goes. I am trying to walk when I feel it but it actually feels worse when I walk. Maybe I will try a heating pad, thanks!

Hello everyone! Was banded today! Feeling so so, having bad gas pain and nausea when I sit up. Hoping both of these thing go away soon! Glad to be on the other side though, can't wait for my journey to start!

Big day for me tomorrow too! Started on my liquid diet today, I am feeling great and very excited to be banded! Had alot of mixed emotions leading up to the surgery, but I feel like I am totally ready to do this!!
