I've been overweight my entire life, and have dieted just like everyone else, to no avail. I've finally gotten to the point where I'm sick and tired to being fat and unhappy. Through this journey, I've learned that not only do I eat when I'm happy, and sad, but also to self-nurture. So along with my physical transformation, there are going to be some significant emotional changes, too.

On November 4, 2013 I made a permanent change to my body to begin the journey to a better me! I'm blessed to have an amazing support system in family and friend, and will be making this journey with my loving and supportive husband, Charles. He will be sleeved on Dec 13th. Look out world, here we come!!!
