I feel so down and depressed. I was banded on Sept 18th and had my first fill, but I just can not seem to get to the green zone and find myself extremely hungry during the day. I am trying to snack on healthy stuff like organic banana chips or drink a bottle of water when I get the hungry feeling, but I'm not seeing pounds coming off. I am exercising as well. I go next week for my second fill and I am already at 7 of a 14 band. Why can't I get the satisfied feeling once I have a meal? ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All, I'm in Peoria and I was banded Sept 18th. It is a struggle but you can do it.

I lost weight and now I seem to have gained 4 pounds back. I am so mad at myself.

I am in the mushy stage as well and mashed potatoes has been my go to comfort food but I have GAINED 4 pounds. I feel like crying now.Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I was banded on Sept 18th and I look in the mirror and I feel like I look very swollen and am sore as well. I was afraid something was wrong. Glad to know I'm not alone. Good side is I'm down 13 pounds. I went bad to work after 5 days and it hard to make it through the day. I ended up calling in the next day. Wed and Thurs were pretty good days so I guess I went back too soon. I am however still very sore under my breast area and in my back

Thank you all. I was having a moment. I am taking it one day at a time. I took a few sips of water and my friend is coming over so we can go for a walk.

I was banded 3 days ago and I am starving today. The liquids are not satisfying me. I want some taco salad or mashed potatoes or something. This is a battle today.
