I am 5 days postoperative. The port area sometimes gets a muscle spasm feeling. Is this normal? Has anybody else ever experienced this?

Hi guys can someone help me? I am still in a lot of pain but I am not sure if I am hungery or its gas. I ate a little but I don't know again if I am full or just in pain. I am so tired. HELP ME WHAT IS MY BODY SAYING ?

I don't know about the pumping gas into to your body until after the fact but it was the most painful thing I've ever experienced I pretty much thought I was gonna have a heart attack and died I still have some but for the most part its better

Day 9 of my liquid diet and I cheated big time I had a stressfull day so I, ate a bag (2oz bag) of your dill pickle potato chips, which was delicious. A few pieces of peper jack cheese and some Turkey I feel like a failure. Did anybody else ever cheat?

When I tell friends and family I am having Lap band surgery on the 25 the responses most of the time is "Why?" Or "You don't need to just diet and exercise." and my favorite "You know it is a life style change." Is it just me or do other people get this to?

I stop by the local gym down the street from my house today. I wanted to check out with the price for membership was. Where are you left reality totally hit me. I realized what I'm about to do on Monday. My life is going to completely change. Now I'm scared!

Today is the first day of my liquid diet I'm at work but I can't even concentrate to work because I'm thinking about food kind I guess I never realize what soda and food meant to me guess you could say it was a good friend now i feel lonely without it

My surgery is scheduled for the 25th. The 21st I have presurgical testing does anybody know what the testing consist of? I've already had testing from head to toe. Lol
