So I wanna know when I'm checking for calories an such what are the grams of sodium, sugar, carbohydrates, transfat, ect I should stay under .... Please help I'm a little confused and have been basically eating the same stuff every day ... I'm 7 weeks post op .

Am 6 weeks post op and I've been craving my all time favorite beverage ! ORANGE JUICE .. Tropicana to be exact ! Please tell me I'll eventually be able to have at least one glass

I've official been cleared to start eating solid foods which makes me really excited ..can u guys let me know of some recipes or prepped meals ..I'm really new to this eating healthy thing and extremely picky >_< help help help ... I need to know more or less some good things to buy at the grocery store

IM on puree an I really hate meats puréed so I'm having a really hard time ..I've been eating ritz honey wheat crackers with laughing cow cheese an I gained two lbs I'm so depressed right now it's ridiculous I need some ideas for some healthy things I can eat with laughing cow cheese or just in general that doesn't have to be puréed ! Baby food is also a big no it makes me nauseous cottage cheese wasn't always my favorite ..so here I am thinking about going back to liquids for a week ..someone help me

How long did you guys wait to start drinking wine after surgery ?

So today it's really cloudy an supposed to rain . The top part of my belly feels like its tight in nots an is causing so much discomfort ..also my incisions feel very sore today ..is this normal ?

I've always been addicted to beef patties ... Has anyone had problems with them ... I mean I'm not gonna back to eating them they way I used to but if I can they will be a treat from time to time

So before surgery every morning when I'd wake up my neck smelled like sweat due to my double chin not allowing my neck to breath ! Now for the past two weeks you can finally see my neck again an no smell of sweat!

Monday I start my purée stage an I'll be two weeks post op ..my mom makes this bomb taco salad I've been craving which has beans ,guacamole , low fat sour cream an shredded cheese ...it's all practically mushy enough to eat but just wondering if it's a good idea ??

Had my period since the day after surgery an it's still here an on turbo it'll be two weeks Monday ! No pain but very annoying I hope it stops..my periods were always irregular like id get it every few months so I'm sure my uterus is letting loose from all the times I missed but shit I'm so over it ! A girl has needs !

So I guess I'm a little paranoid ..I'm a week an a half post up an lost 26lbs so far but I feel like since it happened so quickly I'm going to be at a stand still for a while an be extremely disappointed . I just started puree today an I'm so scared to eat in fear that I will gain rather than lose ..anyone else feel like this ?
