With a peg on your nose!

I got over 1 plateau while traveling. Little control over the food I had access to, and I was in Europe so all delicious. I went down to 2 meals, and tried to have a 16 hour break between dinner and my next meal. Lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks with this adjusted intermittent fasting.

I hear you! All white knuckle weight loss so far!!

Hi everyone. I was banded 26 October 2013. Just had my second fill to 6cc in 10cc band. Still not green, but no longer starving. How much have you all lost so far?
-
You were so great. And you look healthy and beautiful!

I take benefibre powder in my coffee. Can't tell it's there and it works!

My surgeon said that the problem with carbonation is really that you can't burp the same after surgery so it gives you gas and sometimes gas pain.
-
My surgeon said it was fine to drink it.

How is everyone going? I'm almost 3 months post op. I've lost 19kgs or 43 pounds. Can eat pretty much anything, but just not hungry at all. So exciting!
-
And you Lynn!
-
So happy for you Bluemoon-T. It's funny how much it changes your whole attitude to food. I was obviously super hungry before. I can't wait for my second fill!
-
5 weeks post op I've lost 14 kilos or 30 pounds, and my BMI has gone from 34.5 to 29.9. So excited to be just overweight!

October Bandsters- How The Heck Are Ya?

Wow! That's quite a loss. Well done to you! -
My op was not covered by Medicare. My private health insurer paid hospital fees. Medicare covers appts with specialist if you have a referral. Cost differential for me was about 5600, but a bit of that I got back from private extras cover (psychologist). Hope that helps.

I am struggling to find things I'm interested in eating. Guess that's part of the band's magic! -
Wow that is amazing! You must be really working that band!

I'm excited. Bit scared. What should I take to hospital? Xx

I had Jeff Hamdorf. He's the business in Perth!

I was banded 29 October and I'm down 30 pounds so far. I had my first fill last week. Still hungry, so not in the green zone yet! How is everyone else doing? -
I'm the same! Feel hungrier after first fill on Monday!
