I hiccup too, when I need to eat and when I've had enough food, usually around a 1/2 cup. I call it my little helper!

Just think of it as their insecurities, after many years this is a journey and time I am spending on myself . I've realized that my true friends are here to encourage me and the others are like my weight, I'm going to lose them and move on!

I was told that I could come back in 2 weeks if I wanted, but not before. I guess each Dr or clinic has different guidelines, weekly seems a little close but I'm new so I'm no expert.

I got my first Fill today too, they were going to fill me up to 5cc's but the nurse was surprised that my band was empty and so only gave me 3. I'm just pleased with my self for losing 20lbs last month without a fill! Liquids , liquids, liquids!

I may not make it as I have my first fill late that morning, it's been delayed and do not want to make you wait. Hopefully others are coming.

Irish Flower, I'm not sure if it's just you and me meeting, I have my first fill that day and not a lot of time in between. I may or not make it depending on how things go and did not want to keep you waiting. Have you heard if anyone else is coming to the Mall?

I can do Mondays and Tuesday's before 3pm? As you said, let's see what works for most. ????

Late afternoons, early evening and Wednesday's or Thursday work best for me but can work with others schedules too, would be great to get together.

Lol, I did! I recall telling the nurse and my husband how cute he was! I am doing well, the first few days were rough but I feel like I'm learning to read my body and the band better. Having my first fill next week, nervous and excited! How are you ?
