I just finished my required criteria and had my 2nd appt.w the surgeon on 2/15 My tentative surgery date is 3/28. Information has been send to magnacare for approval. From what i was told, Local 3 has no problems w approvals. I will keep you posted

Has anyone been approved with Magnacare Ins. through local union#3? I just finished my request criteria , just waiting on approval?
