Thank you, and yeah I exercise 3-4 times a week. I went to the dr today, and to my surprise I was down 9lbs so I guess my scale not reading accurately. -

Tomorrow I will be 7 months post op and I've noticed that I'm always hungry, and I'm starting to eat bigger portions. Is this normal?

Today makes 6 months that I decided to make one of the best decisions of my life! My starting weight was 303lbs and I'm now 219lbs. I'm feeling a lot better mentally and physically. I'm so motivated that nothing is getting in my way. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week, and still staying under 1200 calories. Here is a couple pictures so you can see my results. -

Yeah that's where my loose skin is too, but IDon't think that I'm going to get the tummy tuck either. I happen to be very happy with the way things are progressing, and thank you! ☺️ -

I was sleeved the same day as you. ???? this journey was well worth out cause it definitely improves your health,gives you the energy we were lacking, and overall it boost your esteem and the way you view life.
