I did crossfit today for the first time. After about 35 min I got this pain behind my rips ( left side ) I know that's where my band is, so I m freaking out thinking that some think happened to my band. What you think ?

Well I m doing good. This app wouldn't let me post anything. But I m doing fine. Yes I m walking like crazy because the gas in my body is bothering me alot. My stomach is sore too . Thanks for checking
