This is the first Ive heard of using Lexapro for reflux. Your pharmacist may have a better view of what this drug is currently being used for. Good luck on the reflux issue!

Hi Linzee, WELCOME to LBT! Sorry, Ive never heard anything about that particular doctor. Good luck!

Most of the time warm drinks are more soothing right after surgery. But like Betty said - figure out which one works for YOU. Broths, protien shakes, popsickles were pretty much the only thing I had for the first week. Be cautious if you decide to have tomato based things - like V-8 juice. Sometimes this seems to aggitate new bandsters tummy! Good luck!

Nana, WELCOME to LBT Wow - thats just 2 weeks away! Time is gonna FLY by. Good luck - and keep us posted on your recovery.

HI LadyAnn (what a beautiful name), WELCOME to LBT. Hope you enjoy all the good readings ~ cause there's plenty :couch2: Good luck in 3 weeks... -
Is it her shoes that stink? This is the BEST practical solution that Ive ever heard of - and it works!!!! Saturate 2 papertowels in Lysterine mouthwash. Stuff each towel in each shoes and leave over night. You may have to do this 2 nights in a row, but IT WORKS! Ive had to do this to my 10yr olds shoes many times. If its just her feet that smell, then I would try the powder. Let us know what happens, ok?

Spiegel patients: Pt Neches office Closing?
paula posted a topic in Weight Loss Surgeons & Hospitals
Maybe Im behind in recent news, but is there any truth to this? ..is his Pt Neches office closing? -
Hey Trish - just checking on ya. How are you?

Hi Mallorie, WELCOME to Bandland. Yep, sounds like gas pains. You may want to talk to your MD first, but I would recommend walking as much as you can. Short quick trips down the street will do wonders for the pain AND a great way to kick start weightloss.

From my experience, WW is easily adaptable in the out-side world. I wish you a success with it... easier to lose 5, 10 pounds then 100!

Anyone else tried this? Months ago at my last dental check-up, I asked my dentist about whitening my teeth. Because I was given tetrecycline in my baby days, I have rings on my teeth. My dentist didnt offer much hope for getting my teeth brighter, whiter - and said that the rings were impossible to lighten. Regardless of what he said, I decided to give the Crest white strips a chance. Much cheaper then what the dentist quoted me for an office job - and he couldnt assure me a positive result going through his office. My thought is.. Id rather lose 30 buckies - then 500! Im here to tell you, Im impressed with these strips! :biggrin1: Only thing, when I apply the strips, I spit several times to avoid swallowing the gel. Ive noticed that it bothers my tummy. If I wouldve been smart, I wouldve done a before and after. Anyway, I just thought Id share my joyous news.

I used the Walmart brand - first. And STOPPED using it cause of this (making my teeth too sensitive). I took a break then bought the brand name. So far, no problem! Im inconsistant with the treatments. Ill apply 2 treatments one after the other, then not apply another treatment for a week or more - until I noticed a little color on my teeth.

Sherry, I made Mike come and see your pics. BEAUTIFUL dogs. And the "Whats for dinner?" pic looks like she is posing for the camera. Ive never seen a dog pose THAT well. Pat, I completely forgot that you and Ernesto had an informal meeting! Seeing your storm pics brought back too many memories. ..and you are looking great! Pet parties... I guess you can say that at our house - we are a bunch of Party Animals!

Oh my goodness, look everyone - its Kimberlilly!!!!! Hi Kim   Its SO good to see you. Hows life? Hey - we wanna see that RED room! Pam, what state are you in? I noticed a jacket on hubby, and was overwhelmed with jealousy... great pics! And the one of the orange cloud - that was fascinating! Heather, WOW! Im so glad you showed us that 'lift'. I didnt know something like that could be rented? The best one was the last - baby girl in Daddys seat :biggrin1: she's such a cutie!
