Does anybody else have problems for a few days after they have a fill? its only for 2-3 days then im able to eat properly again. Is it from swelling?

46 pounds lost since i had my op 18th of May! feeling very proud of myself. Its my 23rd birthday next week and this will be the first birthday I wont weigh the same as my age! If that makes sense? Ive put on a stone a year since I was in my early teens! I love my Lap band!

Hey! Things arnt too well atm! My 3rd fill ended up going too tight! Lost 10 pounds in 8 days! So they took a whopping 2 mls out! Im now at 4.8 and feeling like I have no restriction cant wait to have another fill and get back on track! How are things with you? x

I had my third fill on Tuesday. 6.8 in a 10 band. I have still not been able to eat anything apart from liquids and mushies. This happened after my 2nd fill aswell but im hoping the swelling goes down soon as I just want to eat normal foods again! I cut out bread completely after my 1st fill. It wasnt worth the stuck feeling I was getting. Haven't missed it one bit

I did liquid for 24 hours then soft but even eating mash potato hurt :/ I managed some porridge thismorning which went okay x

Thank you no matter how slow and how well I was chewing it was just getting stuck! Had my fill on tuesday and its starting to feel a bit better already
