I was banded on 12/19 and am supposed to be on clear liquids for 14 days. I knew I wouldn't be able to handle that and sure enough I was right. I added yogurt, pudding, soup, and cream of wheat on my own. I DO NOT believe in lowering the caloric intake to that extreme. It raises havoc with your metabolism and I can't live that way. I try a little of something new and see how it goes down. That's my suggestion. If a teaspoon of something new doesn't go down well, then don't continue. Good luck.
