I was banded on September 3 and I starting to feel better but im bloated still and today made a week. Did anyone else have their check up

Hello my names is sha. I had band surgery on September 3, 2013. Im a week out and have lost 28 pounds. I still trying to understand the rules of food to meal and which will make me loss the weight the best.

Today was my 1 week checking post op. I was kinda down thinking what am I doing. Im not lossing enough. So the doctor tells me you lost 28 pounds and my first response was is that good because that sounds low to me. He said you are doing great keep up the good work. And at your 4 week check in you will get your first fill. So I understand how you feeling regarding not thinking your on track.
