I am 58 yrs old and I am doing it because I want to be healthy and live longer. I am a diabetic, and weigh 289 lbs and just tired of lugging all this lard around. I have dieted my entire life and nothing helps for long. I think maybe I should have done this a long time ago.... -

New yellow top and jewelry from Cato's. July 2010... size 18 top. Getting a few new clothes made me feel so good!! Also the jewelry has grey and black in it as well and I plan to wear it with that size 12 dress which you can see pics of in this album.

I know the liquid diet is going to be difficult but I am up for the task. I finally am doing something for ME. Having raised four children losing one to a drunk driver and losing my husband to cancer in 2008 I realize I have been doing things for my family for 40years and now its my TIME. I feel really good about my decision and look forward to writing my success story here! Your all so helpful, truly! -
