I find sipping water slowly well help force food through, but when that fails bring it up is the only option leaving food stuck not only causes pain but can cause damage. I shove my fingers down and force myself to bring it up when this happens

I had surgery for the lap band three months ago and have 2.5 mls of fluid in my band so far I haven't lost any weight post surgery, is this normal, at was stage during the fill process did you start losing weight?
